A project is temporary since it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore a defined scope and set of resources. And a project is unique that it is not a routinely process, but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular goal. Because of this, a project team often includes people who don’t usually work together – sometimes from different organizations and across multiple geographies.
The development of software for an improved business process, the construction of a building or bridge, the relief effort after a natural disaster, the expansion of sales into a new geographic market — all of these are projects. And all must be expertly managed to be delivered on-time and on-budget, resulting to the learning and integration that organizations need.
Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements.

- PMP Methodology
Our Project managers are PMP-certified and has a minimum ITIL v3 standard certification with them. Together with our PMO Manager who is a ITIL Expert himself, CTC has been able to advise various organizations on ITIL requirements. Together with the PMP methodology, project management is standardized and achievable with quantifiable milestones.
