Responsibilities:

Managing multiple projects (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Create resource plan and hire proper employee to keep project running smoothly.
• To ensure that the work delivered is of high standards and is according to the need of the client.
• To manage employees that work under this position and have to look after these employees as well to
ensure that their work atmosphere is good and conducive.
• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Summarize the progress, issues, risk of the Projects/Team and report to management.
• Manage and solve issues that are occurred during project. In the situation sales team need to be
involved, work closely with them.
• Manage team members and vendor.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop an action plan and detailed project plan to track progress (WBS).
• Review the documents to be delivered (Requirement definition, needs with emphasis on quality function
list, external & internal design, integrate & system test result and User manual) to meet customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally.
• Adept and effective communicator.
• Have experience of managing members
• Creative, analytical, and driven.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Enjoys complex problem-solving and collaboration.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Experience with Server/Storage/Backup/Virtualization implementation are required.
• Experience with HCI/Container/Cloud implementation are preffered.
• Communication in English
