Inside Sales (MA)

Responsibilities:

–             Manage and control the MA part from the company request

–             Customer registration/Credit Financial Statement (Interna process)

–             Make the relationship with Vendor and Customer

–             Create the quotation and contract

–             Input information in the Internal System

–             Control the document and prepare document as department request

–             Manage the daily operations of spare parts for the AIS project and handle audit-related requirement (Once a year, for about two day)

–             Monthly data aggregation of engineer working hours and utilization rate status

–             Management of available and consumed tickets for professional support

Requirements:

–          Bachelor’s degree in business or related

–          Minimum 1 year experience in Admin. role

–          Proficiency in the Microsoft office

–          Good service mind and good relationship.

–          Systematic thinking, Fast learning and good attitude

–          Good service mind and self motivated to learning

–          Can communicate in English

–          Experience in Japanese Company would be advantage
